Tools for digital natives

Today's GCSE students were born in the mid nineties.  They have never known a world without the Internet or mobile phones.  They have high levels of ICT skills and the ability to interpret data from disparate sources.  Most have unrestricted access to the Internet, apart from when they're at school.

Shouldn't all this be borne in mind when devising learning resources to enhance their education?

We think so. We also believe that there is no substitute for face-to-face teaching. That's why our resources are designed to help teachers, not to replace them - or to cramp their teaching style.
